Products – Information – Prices

cleansmart.gr is committed to the quality and accuracy of the information provided about its services and products, subject to any technical or typographical errors that cannot be foreseen or have occurred unintentionally, or problems with the website due to force majeure. Buyers must use any product purchased from the cleansmart.gr online store in accordance with its instructions for use. The prices displayed on our website next to each product include VAT (24%). These prices refer to products available in our stock. cleansmart.gr reserves the right to adjust prices. cleansmart.gr is not liable for any delivery of a defective product to its customers. All our products are received from our suppliers packaged. In the event that a product is found to be defective, the customer is entitled to an immediate refund or to an exchange with another non-defective product. In any case, our products are accompanied by a warranty of proper operation. If due to force majeure (e.g. adverse weather conditions, strikes, customs delays, etc.) we are unable to deliver the products within the specified timeframe, we will notify you by email or by telephone so that you may inform us whether you wish to proceed with the order under these circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

cleansmart.gr is not liable to customers for damages that may arise from the execution or non-execution of their order. Also, cleansmart.gr cannot provide any guarantee as to product availability, but it guarantees timely notification of users/customers in the event of unavailability. cleansmart.gr provides the content (e.g. information, names, photos, illustrations, etc.), products and services made available through the website “as is”. Call Recording

CleanSmart.gr informs its customers that incoming calls to the Customer Service Centre may be recorded, in accordance with the following terms and conditions: Recording telephone calls is a lawful practice provided it takes place in the course of lawful business practice for the purpose of providing evidence of a commercial transaction or any other communication of a professional nature, subject to the consent of the recorded customer. The recording (recorded communication) will be erased as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than the end of the period during which the transaction may be legally disputed. If the recording does not contain data relating to a commercial transaction or, in general, communication of a professional nature, it will not be recorded. Each customer has unlimited access to the recordings kept, as well as the right to receive information about all recording data concerning them. In addition, each customer has the right to submit written objections to the processing of personal data concerning them, by submitting a request for correction, restriction, non-transfer or disclosure, or deletion of the recording, addressed to the person responsible for the operation of the Customer Service Centre at the email address infocleansmart.gr or at the telephone number +30 210 6646 518.

Returns – Right of Withdrawal – Defective Products

For matters relating to the right of withdrawal, product returns and the handling of defective products or lack of conformity, the provisions of the applicable Returns & Withdrawal Policy of the cleansmart.gr online store shall apply exclusively. Said policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Use and is available on our website.

Order Cancellation

Your order may be cancelled up to the time it is processed, either by telephone: +30 210 6646 518 (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00) or by email: info@cleansmart.gr. If the customer wishes to cancel after the order has been dispatched, the shipping costs (dispatch and return shipping) are borne by the customer and the products will be returned to the company. Returned products must be in excellent condition and in their packaging as dispatched.

Supplier Liability & Warranty

Product warranties available in our Online Store are provided by the respective suppliers/manufacturers under their own responsibility. The warranty period is determined by each supplier, and in case of a fault or defective product, the customer must present the retail receipt or the purchase invoice. Otherwise, the warranty cannot be applied. Our company bears no responsibility regarding the suppliers/manufacturers’ compliance with their legal obligations in relation to warranties.
