Returns & Withdrawal Policy

This Policy applies exclusively to purchases made through the online store cleansmart.gr and supplements the Terms of Use/Transactions. Consumer protection matters are governed by the provisions of Greek Law 2251/1994, as in force, as well as the applicable European Union legislation.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Distance contract – “change of mind”)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

Conditions:

The product must be returned in a condition that allows its resale, without use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, and with all original packaging and accessories.
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Refund:

The refund is made within 14 days from the date we are informed of the withdrawal, subject to our right to withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until the consumer has provided evidence that the product has been sent. The refund is carried out after receipt and the required inspection of the product, in accordance with the applicable legal framework.

3. Defective product / Lack of conformity

If the product is defective or lacks conformity, the consumer is entitled to the statutory rights provided by the applicable legislation (Greek Law 2251/1994, as in force).

Please notify us in writing (email) with a description of the issue and the order number.
A prior technical inspection of the product is required. For this purpose, the product must be made available to us (delivery to our store or shipment to us upon prior arrangement).
Following inspection and provided that a lack of conformity is confirmed, the legally prescribed remedies apply (repair, replacement or, where applicable, price reduction or withdrawal).

If no lack of conformity is found, the product will be returned to the customer and the relevant transport or handling costs may be charged, following prior notification.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided for by the applicable legislation (indicatively: products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, products made or customised to order, etc.).
