Select a convenient BOX NOW Locker at checkout and collect your parcel using the PIN sent by BOX NOW when it arrives.

Collection from a courier branch
For remote or hard-to-access destinations, collection may be arranged from the nearest courier branch after notification.

Collect your online or telephone order from our store after receiving confirmation that it is ready.

Collect your parcel from the selected Locker at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Receive your PIN
BOX NOW sends a delivery notification and a six-digit PIN when the parcel reaches the Locker.

Enter the PIN at the Locker and collect your parcel at a time that suits you.
Please note: BOX NOW is available only for eligible orders. Availability and shipping cost are confirmed at checkout. For deliveries to Cyprus, CleanSmart supports eligible BOX NOW orders with a total weight of up to 7 kg.

Attica
Delivery is carried out by courier, BOX NOW or a CleanSmart delivery partner, depending on the order and destination.
Shipping cost: Calculated automatically according to the order.
Free delivery: Orders of €150 or more, excluding remote areas.
Mainland Greece
Orders outside Attica are delivered by courier or BOX NOW, depending on destination and order eligibility.
Shipping cost: Calculated automatically according to total weight, destination and selected method.
Greek islands
Orders to island destinations are delivered by courier or BOX NOW, subject to destination and product eligibility.
Shipping cost: Calculated automatically according to total weight, destination and selected method.
Cyprus
Eligible orders to Cyprus are delivered through BOX NOW.
Shipping cost: Calculated automatically according to the order.
Maximum total weight: 7 kg.
Important delivery information
Delivery days and hours
Deliveries to an address take place Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00, excluding public holidays.
Estimated delivery time
Delivery time depends on product availability, destination and selected carrier. Tracking details are sent when the order is dispatched.
Product availability
Order processing is based on the availability displayed on each product page. If availability changes, a CleanSmart representative will contact you.
Final shipping charge
The applicable charge is displayed before the order is completed and may depend on weight, parcel dimensions, destination, delivery method and product restrictions.
