Kärcher water pump warranty extension

Kärcher water pumps with extended warranty

Extend the warranty to 5 years

Kärcher offers the option to extend the warranty on its water pumps to 5 years by registering the product online.

Registration must be completed within three months of purchase.
The extension applies to Home & Garden products for private use and not for commercial purposes.
The warranty certificate is sent by email and must be kept together with the original proof of purchase.

EGO Power+ warranty and the EGO Connect app

For the applicable warranty extension to apply, where available, the EGO product must be registered in the EGO Connect app within 30 days of the purchase date.

The warranty period depends on the product, its range and whether it is intended for domestic or professional use.

Domestic use warranties

When the product is registered within 30 days of purchase:

5-year EGO tool warranty for domestic use

Power+, Professional and Pro X tools 5-year warranty.

3-year EGO battery warranty for domestic use

ARC Lithium 56V batteries 3-year warranty.

5-year EGO ARC Lithium MAX battery warranty for domestic use

ARC Lithium MAX batteries 5-year warranty.

3-year EGO charger warranty for domestic use

Chargers 3-year warranty.

Professional use – tools

The warranty period depends on the range to which the tool belongs:

1-year EGO Power+ tool warranty for professional use

Power+ range 1-year tool warranty.

2-year EGO Professional tool warranty for professional use

Professional range 2-year tool warranty.

3-year EGO Pro X tool warranty for professional use

Pro X range 3-year tool warranty.

Professional use – batteries and chargers

Warranty periods for batteries and chargers vary according to their technology and range.

2-year EGO ARC Lithium 56V battery warranty for professional use

Special warranty periods

RM4000E: 3 years for the machine and 3 years for the battery.
RM2000E, RMR1500E, RMR3000E and RMR6000E: 3 years for the machine and 2 years for the battery, with registration within 30 days.
BAX1500 backpack battery: 3 years for domestic and professional use.
CBA0240 battery for the 12V shrub shear: 3 years for domestic use only.

How to register with EGO Connect

Download the EGO Connect app for iPhone or Android.
Create your account in the app.
Scan the QR code located on the product.
The product number and serial number are automatically transferred to the app.
Complete the registration within 30 days of purchase and keep your proof of purchase.

Important information

Some products have specific warranty periods. The official terms applicable to the particular model take precedence.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage that is not caused by a material or manufacturing defect.
EGO's commercial warranty does not limit the buyer's statutory rights.
