Kärcher BR 40/10 C Ep Adv Compact Scrubber Drier

The Kärcher BR 40/10 C Ep Adv is a compact and powerful professional scrubber drier designed for flexible cleaning of hard floors. It features a 400 mm working width and separate 10-litre fresh and dirty water tanks, providing effective scrubbing and immediate water recovery in a single pass.

Two high-speed roller brushes generate high contact pressure for thorough cleaning, while the twin squeegee strips recover water when the machine is moved both forwards and backwards. Floors are left virtually dry and can be walked on again immediately. On the Adv version, the brush contact pressure can be adjusted according to the floor surface and level of soiling.

The folding push handle makes it easier to clean beneath furniture and other low-clearance areas, while the removable tanks can be transported conveniently using the locking carrying handle. Brushes and squeegee blades can be replaced quickly without tools, and the additional transport wheels included with the Adv version support convenient movement and storage.
